I just picked up a glock 45 MOS and I am looking for a red dot. This will transition to my main carry gun if I can conceal it appropriately. But I am totally out of my element with a red dot on a pistol. Main concern is durability and battery life. I have an astigmatism and all of the dots I have looked at in stores have a burst or splotch look. Not a killer given the short distance I plan to use it if necessary.
