I've been trying to look online and have found that in other states you can, but have found nothing definitive for Iowa. I turn 21 in December. Can I take a CCW class before turning 21? All I found was you had to take a handgun safety course/ccw class within 24 months before applying for the permit.Also, any central iowa recommendations for ranges to rent hanguns and do Glock Blue Label purchases?
