As some of you may know, I’m in a power wheelchair. That chair allows a few extra “hidey holes” but it also comes with its limitations, mainly my physical limitations. I had been using a gadget bag to carry my wallet, extra meds, pocket knife and other odds and ends.Since it’s molle gear, I got the idea to add a smaller bag to the front for smaller things to keep from having to dig around in the larger bag. I had it attached to my chair between my legs. That was a decent set up but it pushed my feet out just a little and got in the way when transferring. Then, I went and broke my ankle. The bag between the legs just didn’t work any more. It put too much pressure on my ankle so I took it off. I hung it over my shoulder much like a purse or briefcase. That’s when it hit me! I could carry like this! So, off to Amazon I went!I now have this set up, the belt and two of the bags. Yes, it felt a little like Batman and his utility belt at first but it was easy to get used to it as it’s virtually out of the way. It is around my waist but a little higher due to the wheelchair. I can easily buckle myself in using my wheelchair seatbelt with this rig.On the right side, in addition to the bag shown, I have a molle flashlight holder and pocket knife with a belt clip, along with one of the bags in the pic (I posted a front and back pic for size reference). This bag holds my wallet, etc., and I have attached a molle pouch to the outside of it that fits my phone perfectly. On the left side, in the other large bag, is my CCW and extra ammo. I also have attached the smaller molle pouch for assorted odds and ends I may carry. I do need to move the smaller miscellaneous bag closer to the front, but that’s all the adjustment I’ll need for now.The buckle on the belt is very stiff and not easy to get off but that’s a good thing here. When I have it on and adjusted it simply looks like part of my wheelchair. It’s a little bulky and may be a bit heavy and hot but you cannot beat it for concealment. It totally blends on with my chair and accessories. It helps, too, that I have a third bag on the back because my chair came with a mini tool kit, so I keep those in the third bag, along with a few other emergency items.Another good thing is that I can change guns if I like and my rig never changes. Unless I try to carry a .500 S&W, I think I’ll be ok. The largest handgun I own would fit in there easily. via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/2LqXVx5
