NH non-res permit in VA?

I have my NH non-resident permit, and I plan on visiting VA soon. http://ift.tt/2rKNxmD says:Virginia Honors Non-Resident Permits/Licenses From the States They Honor.NH is tan meaning NH only accepts VA resident permits.And I cross check http://ift.tt/2t3PU7O it doesn't say they only accept VA residents, so I assume they accept VA non-resident permits, making my NH non-resident reciprocal in VA.
