I'm not a selfie person. I've tried taking some to digitally upload the picture into my foid application, but the file size is too big. They only accept 5mb and under. The problem I have when resizing the file is it makes the picture blurry. It clearly states the picture needs to be a clear shoulders up shot, mouth closed, eyes open, etc, etc. Does anyone have any suggestions? via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/2rTmHZv
