I've always been a big horror movie fan. However, since I started carrying, the films aren't able to build suspense and fear like they used to. Now, all I can think about is at what point would I brandish and shoot the baddie/ghost. For example, there is always that climax where the protagonist comes face to face with the villain. Those would de-escalate real quick if someone drew from concealment!Similarly, its weird how there is never a concealed carrier in horror movies. There often is guns and knives, but never the unexpected character with a pocket LCP or aiwb Glock. Wonder if concealed carrying would have even more real-world prevalence if Hollywood started ending scary movies with a sudden DGU.
