Does anyone have evidence of a ccwer getting charged due to using an rmr on their pistol ?

The instructor I contacted warned me that I will get sued to death pretty much if I ever use that firearm with the rmr attached. But I don't understand how having a modification to the firearm will allow you to be sued ? Thanks. via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/2gh9Bz1
