Hi all, I've always thought that if you get pulled over you have to tell the officer without being asked that you're carrying and hold a CWP (in SC). I thought this applied to a firearm being anywhere in the car. Last night my boyfriend said it only applies if you have it on your person, or if it's in the glove box.
