I carry with a stealthgear Ventcore IWB holster and I find it works well. It's comfortable enough and easy to draw from although I don't have a lot of experience with a wide range of holsters. The clips allow for a tucked in shirt but when I wear a formal shirt and tie, it doesn't really tuck well and just looks sloppier then I'd like. I sport or suit jacket would fix the problem but it's not very practical where I live. I do dress formally regularly and I'd love a few good recommendations to consider.
