My mother was in town visiting so I decided we could walk around the mall before dinner.We came across a group of what looked like teenagers. Being loud, obnoxious, horsing around. I happened to glance as they passed and noticed one was open carrying a glock at his 4 o'clock.I know it's legal to open carry in Alabama without a permit, but I thought that kind of behavior was risky.
