My friend is from the Phillipines and is a legal permanent resident here in the US. He asked me today if he can get his CCW and I actually don't know. He lives in North Carolina and I think the restriction is for citizens only in NC.Could he get a non resident permit from somewhere else? via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/2r7AdLH
