Question about disclosure to LEO in states that it is required.

Are we also required to disclose that we have a permit for CCW even if we are not carrying at the time of the interaction (ie:Traffic Stop)? Or are we only required to disclose when we are actually carrying? via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/2qsgNhk
