I am a little confused. My google-fu is showing that Utah Resident licenses are linked to the Utah DL. So if an LEO runs your license they will see you possess a CCW even if you don't disclose it.However is this true with non-resident permits with States that don't have reciprocity as well?For example, if a LEO runs my NJ DL can he/she see I have a Utah Non-rez CCW...or any other non-NJ permit for that matter?Thanks via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/2qrHMbZ
