I just received my permit yesterday (11/2) after submitting my paperwork on 8/22, which from the time SLED received my paperwork comes out to 71 days. Another interesting note for all of those who have yet to turn 21 is that SLED will begin processing your paperwork before your birthday. I called ahead of time and they allowed me to mail in my application a full two weeks before my 21st birthday. via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/2es2sxU
