Like the title says, next year I'll be moving to VA (roughly the Richmond area) and I want to know if anyone has any information on how I can avoid having a period where I can't carry because my NC CHP will be invalid (since my driver's license will be different), and my VA CHP will not have arrived.Is it possible to get my VA address put onto my NC CHP? Or should I apply for a non-resident VA permit before I move and the change it once I get there? Anybody know anything about this? via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/2d17pwN
