Hey, guys. I have a TX LTC, and I'll be moving to CT. I've been reading up on the laws there, and it seems kind of vague.I know that they don't reciprocate, and from what ive read, you need a permit to own a handgun, unless it was bought in another state.My question is that I read that if you have an out of state permit that you can apply directly to the DESPP. What exactly does this accomplish from the normal process? Does it skip the LEO sign off?Also, will i be cool if I keep the gun locked, un-loaded, and unreachable while traveling in CT?
