Idaho enhanced permit

I submitted my Idaho enhanced permit on April 1st. I have called a couple of times during the last 90 days to check the status of my permit and they have only been able to tell me that it hasn't came back to my sheriff's department. Today marks day 90 and I called and it still has not came back. The ladies in the office pretty much blew it off and told me they emailed the state but I'd just have to continue waiting until it came back. I asked to speak with the sheriff and was told he was unavailable but would call me back. The state statute in the link provided gives the sheriff 90 days from the date of application to issue the permit. How do I proceed? via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/29gtesY
