Reciprocity between Texas and Washington state

So I plan on visiting my friends and folks in Washington. I got curious as to why there was no reciprocity between Texas and Washington. I looked on the Attorney General's website, and it stated that Texas doesn't meet the 21 year age standard. I thought you had to be 21 to hold an LTC? Am I missing something?I contacted Washington State's Attorney General's office, addressing the matter. If that was the only error, what else can I do to speed up the process? What exactly is involved with forming these agreements. Lastly, how does the 9th circuit's recent ruling play into it? via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/28QEQgh
