Does DROS have to be in process or complete for me to list the gun on my application?

About to submit my application. One of the guns I want to add on my list is not in DROS yet. I purchased it, and my lgs is holding it for me until I can do another DROS(yay 1 in 30 days!!🤦🏻‍♂️). Can I list the gun on my app or is that a potential issue?Also, for CA applicants, do off roster guns that were recently purchased via ppt pose an issue? via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/2UADV1t
