Came across a fight in my valet with a visitor to my building and a security guard in my building

I am a CCW holder but do not carry regularly. It was an intense fight, a lot of adrenaline flowing. A 3rd party intervened putting the security guard into something similar to a chicken wing hold, I was concerned it was a friend of the tall guy causing the trouble, fortunately the tall guy did not attack the guard once he was subdued. I stood around as well as another guy or two from my building in case it turned ugly. When my car came I drove up to the surface and notified 3 police officers who were in the middle of an arrest at a casino. They never made it to my building to investigate. When I came back things had settled down and I filled out a report at my building.If I (or you) were carrying is there enough there to draw in order to protect the security guard? I did have a pocket knife and pepper spray in my man purse that I thought of after the fact, I assume at the very least pepper spray would have been a better option.After the fact I found out the guy was visiting his girlfriend and had no ID. Security would not let him up, words were exchanged and then it became violent.
