CCW Safe or USCCA: anyone need their coverage? Been denied services after an incident?

We’ve all heard about Stephen Maddox and his not guilty verdict while being defended by CCW Safe. I’m now wondering if anyone else has had to actually use the criminal or civil defense services of CCW Safe or USCCA (only those two companies). Anyone have any positive/negative experiences?
