Appendix Carry Hip Pain?

I have a snub nose Rossi that I have been carrying for a couple years now. I originally carried at my spine (not sure what that's called) until I got a custom holster made to carry appendix.For the past few months, my right hip flexor has been super tight and painful.I just realized this morning, while driving, that the muzzle was pretty nuzzled into my hip/thigh crease, and I felt my hip flexor was a little engaged.I currently carry at the 2 o'clock position, because gut.I was just curious if anyone else has experienced something like this.
