Trouble finding the perfect pocket pistol

So I already have an XDs in 9mm (I purchased it before their fallout so throw all the hate you want), but I find the more I carry it the more I wish I had something a little smaller since I moved to GA. The humidity and heat is killer among wearing lighter clothing.I have been shopping around for a firearm in 380 and handling them every chance I get. No range rents anything in 380 in my area which is pretty normal from my experience. My predicament:I find the size of the Ruger LCP II the most desirable but the grip feels really skinny. A hogue sleeve seems to fix the comfort a little, but has anyone had one of these on their firearm for an extended time? I feel like it would or could cause rust. The glock G42 feels even skinnier than the Ruger LCP II in the grip and the slide looks wider. The Sig P238 with the grip that has the finger grooves melts into my hands. The 911 is a close second but somehow the Kimber micros don’t feel quite as good as the others. I’m not sold that I need a 1911 type firearm. I also know about the reliability issues with the Kimber and Springfield.Am I missing a “good” alternative to the above mentioned? via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/2OLFLHE
