I'm looking to gift some self defense classes to my GF. I can't find much online other than martial arts, which I don't think is exactly what she's looking for. Does anyone know anything about my very specific geographical area? Thanks in advance
Edit: Side question: would anybody recommend Krav Maga as serious self defense training (i.e. small woman against unknown aggressor)?
