People from Illinois, how long did it take you to get your CCL without fingerprints?

I'm on day 79 and it still says under review. I know they have up until 120 days for me since I didn't do fingerprints but it seems that some people are getting theirs well under that timeframe. I'm in Lake county btw. via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/2DdONba
