Quick access with a long jacket?

So right now I carry IWB in the 4:30 but it's tucked under a button up shirt and with the colder weather I have been wearing a jacket zipped up, and it's long - it goes below the waist quite a bit (it's a work-supplied jacket).Anyway, I've been trying to think of a way I could have quick access to my firearm if needed, as the current setup involves unzipping this thing and pulling out the shirt to draw.I thought about shoulder holsters but I'd like to be able to take the jacket on and off if possible. I also thought about perhaps an ankle holster. I'm not sure how I feel about that, though.Has anyone had a similar problem and found a remedy? via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/2NRqXD9
