Local coffee shop has a "Coffee and Cops" day where some of the local LEOs come and hang out on their break and just chat with the locals over coffee. Its great for community relations.I do need to ask, If I am just having a conversation do I need to present my permit? Is that requirement only if a LEO pulls you over / stops you or is it all interactions?
