I normally appendix carry a g43 with an Iwb kydex holster made by a friend of a friend. Normally when I get in my car I leave the holster in my pants but take the gun out. The other day I went to put it back in the holster when I was getting out out the car. Not really paying attention I began to notice that the gun wasn’t going in and I was slightly forcing it, I looked down and realized my shirt had gotten stuck inside the trigger guard and was basically wrapped around the trigger. I feel like if I had kept pushing I would’ve accidentally discharged and shot myself. It kind of shook me up a bit and now I always take the whole holster out. It was a very dumb and preventable mistake that could’ve ended very badly and I consider myself lucky to have not shot myself in the thigh. Has anyone else heard of anything like this happening? via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/2zV92Yc
