Does anyone have any concrete information on what exactly happened with that negligent discharge back in June? Supposedly happened in Nevada, Glock 43, G-Code Incog - but haven’t found any actual news source to verify. Video is linked in post.

Video is below in the first of the posts I linked. Some people think that aftermarket parts might have helped contribute to the problem, but overall consensus seems to be that the holster had to have had some type of foreign object in it (undershirt, etc) for the gun to discharge. One other possibility people mentioned is a poorly maintained gun. Here are some links to other posts in r/CCW about it. Again, the first one has the video: https://ift.tt/2xTtZS6 someone just getting into CCW this is the first video that actually concerns me. There’s been a lot of speculation, but I was just wondering if there had been concrete evidence of what happened (haven’t been able to find any on my own). via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/2DMFrV2
