Appendix carry too obvious?

I know this is a hotly debated topic, but There is one point I never see being brought up, the preparation before the draw.Now, to put it in perspective and as someone once mentioned, drawing in a self defensive position is pretty similar to room clearing. All the training you do is not to gain an advantage, but to even the odds.With this in mind, with appendix carrying, does anyone notice that to get to the pistol, the movements to defeat the garment is very noticible? In security footages, it seems like with strong side carry, the ability to draw while turned sideway/in a seemingly submissive position give a ton of people the extra second to survive their encounter.Has there been situations where appendix draws have been successful?I'm currently a user of appendix carry, and was considering using strong side. via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/2CyCnJF
