Is 10 rounds enough?

I carry an XD Mod 2 3” with 13+1 capacity. It’s heavy af and a little uncomfortable to be completely honest. I have a great belt and an okay holster (alien gear cloak tuck 3). I want something smaller and thinner for edc to truly work for me.Put me at ease and tell me why 10+1 is enough. I want as much ammo onboard as possible but I hate to sacrifice capacity for concealability. I’d love to carry a G19 with 15 or 16+1 but that size just doesn’t work for my body type.So.
