Compliance

I know many states are “shall issue”. Which means they take your money for an application, out the cash in their filthy pockets and then throw your application in the tra....I mean, important paper work to take care of.Is it justified to disobey unconstitutional and carry anyways?Just curious what the majority opinion is. via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/2ISPOnt
