Can I have my NC CHP printed onto a proper wallet-sized plastic card?

In NC, Concealed Handgun Permits are just card-sized pieces of paper. Once you laminate them they do not fit very well inside a wallet, and regular laminate probably won't last well for the life of the card.Does anyone know of a service that will, and is it legal to, just print your CHP onto a normal plastic card? via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/2u3BSmb
