I'm new to Illinois and brought my handgun up from North Carolina when I moved here. I haven't had a chance to get my IL license or FOID but still have a valid NC License. I was wondering if there might be any problems I'd run into trying to fly back with it to go shooting with my dad since I'm not 21. I've talked to TSA and AA customer service and they said it wouldn't be an issue and AA even marked my reservation saying I planned to transport.
