Does carrying a revolver with target sights degrade them or affect accuracy?

I have a S&W 686 that I would like to carry every once in a while, but I’ve heard people say that the target sights will get bumped and be less reliable after carrying. Have you had any issues with this? Do you carry a gun with target sights? via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/2q794cO
