Hi fellas. Quick question. With a CCW, is one able to carry a firearm (in Florida for instance) where they have it holstered at their 12:00 while driving a car, except their shirt is tucked BEHIND the weapon? I know people that do this or similarly keep the weapon by the shifter, but isn’t this considered open carry? I was under the impression that a ccw in Florida can allow someone to carry the weapon about their person anywhere out of sight without the need for a 3 step rule or snapped holster. via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/2C23QEE
