Hey guys. I'm selling a pistol to another pistol permit holder in monroe county. I'm getting mixed information on the requirements for a sale. The county website just requires a notarized bill of sale and does not mention a subsequent NICS check for the buyer. Some people say you need a NICS check from the initial FFL and some say the bill of sale itself is adequate. Anyone have some insight to this? via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/2pLQPI2
