This question popped into my head after a friend of mine was transported to a hospital after an accident.I live in a state that does not allow carrying in a hospital accessible to the public.What would happen if I was incapacitated in an accident and transported to a hospital while carrying?I assume I wouldn't face any charges but what would come of the firearm?
