Hypothetical Situation: I leave Wisconsin and I am driving all the way to let's say Vermont and I have to drive through New York State. I have my CCW weapon on me all the way out to the NY State line. I pull over and disarm and unload my CCW weapon and store it in a mobile safe in my trunk. I enter NYS and I am traveling on the interstate. If I am just passing thru it's ok to have in the trunk . The incident that springs to mind is that recent FL incident where the Bad guy is on top of the State Trooper and the bad guy is crazed and is going for officers gun to kill him/her. In FL a CCW person rolled up and on command of the police officer shot and killed the aggressor. If a non CCW NYS gun owner was just passing thru and witnessed this and against NY State Law chose to intervene, what would be the repercussions of this on the CCW holder.Does LIFE trump (sorry for the pun) NYS Law ?Would you shoot the perpetrator knowing you are most likely going to be charged.Sounds like a stupid question ... but what are the legal implications? via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/2po84vY
