This probably goes with out saying but sometimes your reflexes can over ride your training. I was adjusting myself in my bedroom. I unbundled and tucked my shirt in. My fns popped out of my holster(cheap blade tech) and out of reflex I caught it but not in a safe way at all. I hooked the trigger guard with my middle finger (opposite of the trigger thankfully) and I just sat for a moment to think about how bad that could have been as the barrel is pointed right up at me hanging from my finger.
