Always carry. Always carry. Strong arm robbery to my neighbor last night.

An email from my neighborhood watch leader person detailing a strong armed robbery that happened to my neighbor last night. Identifying details redacted."Lt. [redacted] South Zone Commander for [redacted] Police, called me this morning to inform me that [redacted] Neighborhood had a Strong Armed Robbery overnight. It happened at 11:35 pm. /Thursday night. The location was in the [redacted] block of [redacted]. The home owners were returning home and had just gotten out of their car, in the driveway. A tall B/male about 6ft 1 inch, medium weight, who had an athletic build approached the husband. The husband was opening the house door. The wife was still getting out of the car. The suspect had on a ski mask, with eyes, nose and mouth cut out. It was a knit fabric that covers the whole head.He demanded money. He said, "You got any money?" He kept making a noise/"sh, sh, sh" ( in other words be quiet). Then the suspect saw the wife. He ran to her, pointed a gun at her, strongly threatened her and demanded money. At some point he said he wanted them to take him to their bank. Then the couple gave him the money they had. He also asked for their cell phone. He took that too. Then he ran down the street a little where a car was waiting for him. The home owner tells me that the car was black and looked like a black Mustang. It may have been another small black car. The cell phone had a code that needed to be used to activate it. The suspect discarded the cell phone. The police were able to retrieve the cell phone on [redacted] Rd.Lt. [redacted] said to remind everyone when threatened you should always comply with the instructions of the suspect."End of email via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/2eqJk5T
