Still legal to transfer Virginia concealed carry to North Carolina?

I've read about instances of people getting an out of state concealed carry permit from Virginia and then transferring it to North Carolina.I've already paid for my North Carolina class in a week but I'm just wondering how frequently this happens.Virginia has online concealed carry classes which seems crazy that people could take those then get their permit in North Carolina. via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/1UfhIN3
