Can anyone give me some good general self defence tips? I live in a sketchy area with my sister and we are both very petite. I always worry that if something were to happen we wouldn't be able to do anything because I am 100% unprepared. So maybe you guys can give me some good tips to feel more confident in defending myself or my sister. Thanks so much :)
