Okay, so I've been carrying a S&W Shield 9mm for about 8 months.I recently read a few things about different ammo types which had me concerned.Which ammo would be best for a personal defense point of view with this pistol? Considering its shorter barrel length it seems like a reasonable concern.I've been using Hornady Critical Duty as this was recommended to me by a gun store owner. But would it be better, and safer, to use Critical Defense due to its shorter penetration distance?
