I'm a VA (resident) permit holder. If I move to a state that has reciprocity (OH) with VA, can I keep my VA permit until it expires? Can I continue to carry in OH using that permit until I can get an OH permit? Is there a "fast track" to getting a permit in another state if I've already got one from a state with which they have reciprocity? via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/1YpwDG4
