Permit valid during address change?

I'm moving and sent in the form to change the address on my CWP (this in SC). I've already got a new license with the new address, but my CWP shows the old address until I get the new on in the mail (they said it could take 30 days). Will my permit still be valid though my new license is a different address?I tried to look it up, and I asked a couple of people I talked to on the phone at SLED about it. One person I talked to on the phone at SLED told me that it would be fine as long as I had submitted for the new CWP, and that it would be in their system. Another person there I talked to there told me it wouldn't be valid until I got the new CWP. Anyone have more info on this? via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/24G0ZDW
