So today while killing time I came up with a new idea to practice my draw.If I'm standing in my living room facing down the hall into the bathroom, I can see myself in the bathroom mirror about 30' away. So, while no one else was home and with a EMPTY pistol I would draw as fast as I could and "shoot" at my reflection in the mirror, not using sights. Then trying my best not to move the pistol I would look down the sights to see if it would be a center of mass hit or not.Initially I was "point shooting" low and aiming at the waist. But after messing around for a while with it I was consistently getting "chest shots"I can practice like this a lot more than I can actually go shoot so does this sound like a decent exercise to you all or should I just strictly stick to range time. via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/1Ya1vdB
