Curious about a small(er) CCW piece.

Currently my EDC is a Sig SP2022 and for the most part I have no problem carrying it. I have several different holsters for different styles of carry about 80-90% of the time I can conceal it well enough for the situation at hand.My normal everyday clothing usually consists of jeans/cargo shorts and some sort of "heavy" button down shirt. With this I can carry in several different ways and go about my normal daily routine fairly comfortably. However, I'm trying to work out more. Go on more walks and play in the park more with my son. Its also starting to get warmer in the afternoons.I feel like I need a different setup that will allow me to wear more work out like clothing and also be able to jog or bend and twist without printing a ton or slinging a gun somewhere.Or hell, just wear a normal t-shirt occasionally. I havent been able to carry and do that for years.I really like my sig and have had it long enough to get really proficient shooting it, I'd hate to get something that is dramatically different. But the majority of the good subcompacts are striker guns (which I dont really mind, its just different) and also most of them have a very short distance from the rearmost travel of the trigger to the backstrap where your palm goes and it is difficult for me to shoot them without pulling the shots.I also have a hard time letting go of the idea that I'll be limited to 6-8rounds. I mean, its rare enough that I'd ever need to shoot anyone/thing, let alone need that many rounds. But double stack mags really spoil ya.Right now I'm just kinda glancing around and getting ideas. Currently, I'm in the middle of building an AR. So I cant drop coin on anythingelse really until that is done, but I like to do research like this. The most interesting/highly rated guns so far on my list are: * Taurus 709 * Glock 43 * Ruger LC9s via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/1Pvv9bn
