Can I take a CC class before my 21st birthday and have it ready for my 21st birthday? I am a Tennessee resident.

I'm turning 21 within the next year and a half and am going to get my CCW. I want it ASAP from the day I turn 21. Am I allowed to take the class and become certified to get my permit before I turn 21. I understand I can't carry until I am. I'm just wondering if I can take the coarse and file the paperwork before I am 21 so that all I have to do is go to the DMV for the permit on my birthday. Thanks for any input.
