I live in south Philly I was wondering if it was ok to carry in Fairmount Park or down the lakes (FDR). I remember reading permits don't work in a lot of the parks in Philly because there considered federal land and I can't find anything saying if those parks are part of it.Thanks! via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/26Xgtay
